SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and ready to bring joy to your space.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 3-10 business days for your artwork to be carefully packed and prepared for shipping. As many pieces are original artworks, extra care is taken to ensure your piece arrives safely.

Once your order has been shipped within Australia, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your artwork’s journey.

 

Shipping

 

Free shipping is available on all Print orders within Australia & Oceania

 

Your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped using Australia Post for all Originals (up to 100x100cm), and all Prints (Rolled Canvas Shipping) (A2).

 

Originals depending on size will be charged at a flat rate as below in Australia, Oceania and International, please note that these charges include Insurance.

 

Small Originals (under 60cm length)

Australia - $30.00                      Oceania - $50.00                        International - $130.00

Medium Originals (under 90cm length)

Australia - $60.00                      Oceania - $90.00                        International - $180.00

Large Originals (under 105cm length)

Australia - $100.00                   Oceania - $120.00                     International - $230.00

XLarge Orignals (over 105cm length)

Australia - $200.00                   Oceania - $250.00                     International - $400.00

               

Shipping costs are a flat rate and will be calculated and applied at checkout.

 

International Shipping

 

Prints - Rolled Canvas Shipping - $100.00

 

Originals - Larger canvas artworks excluding texture paintings will be carefully removed from the frame and shipped rolled in a protective tube. This is the safest and most cost‑effective way to ship internationally.

Your local framer can easily restretch the canvas on arrival.

Texture paintings will not be rolled due to fragilty, therefore the cost of shipping will be higher

Smaller original artworks will be shipped on the frame and carefully packaged for protection.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Once shipped, typical delivery estimates are:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays or peak periods. Remote or regional areas may take longer.

 

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your artwork's journey.

 

Shipping Damage

While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The artwork

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
